Booking guide for new and existing clients
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
If this is your first visit to Brow Haus: Lash & Brow Studio, your initial appointment must be booked online. Existing clients can either book online from the Client Login page, or book appointments in-studio during any visit. We are no longer taking appointments by phone or text. If you do not have access to the technology needed to book online, please contact us by phone.
MOVING OR CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
You can use the Client Login page to easily cancel or move your appointments online. Appointments cannot be moved or cancelled online within 48 hours of the appointment time. To move or cancel an appointment within the 48 hour window, please contact us by phone. Cancellation attempts made by email, social media, or any method other than phone are not accepted. Please do not reply to reminder texts or emails. Only cancellations made by call, text, or voicemail to (704) 831-9100 are accepted methods of cancelling within 48 hours. Text message cancellations are welcome 24/7. Please be mindful of the late cancellation windows outlined in our policies.
CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking your online appointment. If you don't receive the email, your appointment may have not gone through. Be sure to check your spam folder. We cannot guarantee your appointment if you did not receive a confirmation email.
LEARNING OUR POLICIES
Before booking an appointment, you must read and agree to our booking policies. Our policies are strictly enforced, please do not book an appointment without reading them. If you have questions about any of our policies, feel free to reach out by phone.
To book your first appointment online, please head to our policies page. From there, you can book your initial appointment or consultation. Existing clients may log directly into their account and book from there.
